The couple decided to have their wedding at Gardener Ranch in Carmel Valley for several reasons. One was because the area was a special place for them, and two because the venue provided flexibility. Since Sarah and Kevin were tying the knot during an uncertain time, they wanted a property where they could do everything outdoors if need be.
They also loved that they could host all of their events in one location. And that their entire family could stay with them onsite over the wedding weekend. The hosted 4 events at Gardener Ranch from Thursday through Sunday.
They kicked off their weekend on Thursday evening with a casual rehearsal dinner for those staying on the ranch. On Friday, they invited all guests to the ranch to have a taco night complete with an authentic local taco truck and Pour Girls Mobile Bar slinging the best margaritas.
The wedding day was the absolutely most perfect fall day. With warm sunny skies that made all the changing foliage at Gardener Ranch just shine. They couple shared a private first look to connect before the ceremony. Their reception took place under the clear tent on the woodlands lawn with a beautiful grill focused dinner by Paradise Catering.
We wrapped up the weekend with farewell brunch around the pool before everyone had to get back to reality. The best part of their weekend is that while most guests were in driving distance of the venue, they were really able to host a true immersive getaway for the weekend.
